Returns & Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Innerwear, earrings, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless received damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to size/colour availability at the time of request.
